Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from when the order was placed unless otherwise stated, depending on the level of personalization. Certain items may have an additional process time. You will be informed.
US Postal service and UPS ground can take up to ten (10) business days. Therefore, your order may take approximately ten (10) to sixteen (16) business days from the date it is complete. Keep this in mind when placing your order. Every effort will be made to get your package to you on time. Please consider weekends and holidays are not included in shipping estimates.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: PERISHABLES
Due to various weather conditions, extreme heat and in some cases extreme cold. Some products are considered ‘perishables’ mainly ‘candles’.
During the extreme warm to hot weather months: To insure no damage occurs during
shipment these products will be shipped either 2-
•When an order is process and ready for shipment on a Monday or Tuesday it will be
shipped before or by Thursday with either 2-
•Orders ready for shipment by Wednesday before 5 PM will be shipped on Thursday morning

•Orders ready for shipment after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday or

Either UPS or US Postal Service will determine shipping charges based on weight and shipping location.
